AshwoodAlerts

Over the last 3 years we have been assessing customers remarks and requests based on their experience of our original “Extranet”.

All this feedback has resulted in us developing a unique service called AshwoodAlerts. AshwoodAlerts is a bespoke web application, database and automated control centre which was written for Ashwood Eco Ltd to update and replace the existing “Extranet”. AshwoodAlerts was released into production on the 1st November 2004.

AshwoodAlerts uses the latest technology and integrates with our ECM/8 monitors, our older Alamon monitors and has the capability to be enhanced support new back-end technologies, third-party monitoring units for custom applications, and customer specific requirements.

New Reports Features

DOWNTIME

This gives a direct comparison between each trigger that has been set-up to give a realistic out of service time. This ignores the static time.

AUTOMATIC CHECK

The equipment being monitored is automatically contacted every 720 hours. The monitor then sends back a message to tell you it is alive and well.

SITE FAULT OVERVIEW REPORT

Aggregate number of faults for each site sorted by the site with the most faults first and the remainder in descending order for the selected dates.

SITE COMBINED HISTORY

Generates a report detailing, collated Site Event History / Status Event History and Automatic Check History.

RFID TAG AUDIT

Generates a report detailing, for example, the attendance of an engineer, new part installed etc (the report can be printed as a PDF file, Excel file or RTF file).

SET STATIC TIMES

You can set the unit to static to stop unnecessary e-mail and text alert messages.

AWAY FROM OFFICE

You can temporarily disable event notifications over the web.

NOTIFICATION USERS

A notification user can receive events via Email or SMS text messages. Within the terms of your contract you can add users and modify their details only.
